Yikes, are you in for an adventure. You must be crazy to have chosen me to spend the rest of your life with.

Don't worry. I promise I'll make it the best possible life you could ever want. There will be some tough times, but the rest of it will be a breeze. So, get ready for a lovely surprise.

I am always ready to go on an adventure. Just give me an idea, and I'll go crazy with it. I will obsess over it until my imagination becomes a reality. That will be both fantastic and horrible. It will be great, because I love to plan things, and I love to have fun.

Eventually, it will get tedious though. If it doesn't happen right away I will continue to beg until it does. I can be very impatient. I understand that it will be annoying, but I know you'll stand by me anyway.

I will be moody. There is no maybe on this one. I have very little patience, and when it is gone for the day, you will know.

But never fear! There are one or two tricks I can share with you to help you out. Netflix is my life blood. Put on one of my shows and I will begin binging immediately. Another trick is macaroni and cheese. Nothing makes me happier than some warm, gooey, cheesy, macaroni. If you put those two things together I will be thrilled and most importantly, I will be kind. There will be days I will be angry at the world. I will say some hurtful things. Just remember, I am not mad at you. Once I calm down, I may apologize. If I don't, don't take it personally. I might have just forgotten. I do tend to forget things a lot.

Do not count on huge and fancy dinners. I am not the best cook. I'm not even a mediocre cook. I can burn anything I try to cook. I can burn toast, cakes and even scrambled eggs, somehow. I can cook macaroni and cheese though. Plus I can make a mean fried grilled cheese. It sounds horrible for you, and it is. So when we are married, count on a lot of unhealthy things.

You are one brave soul. I don't say that as a joke. I am dead serious. I am a lot to put up with. So never try to change my mind. If you ever need any help, ask my friends. They will more than likely come before you in my life a lot anyways. To the man I will spend the rest of my life with, good luck. I wish you the best.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
