Fun indoor activities with your children

Are you at home and want to spend quality time with your children and at the same time entertain them? Here I leave you ideas with crafts, games and activities that you can do with your children.
Play the treasure hunt:
Take some relatively small items (such as tennis balls) and hide them around your home. Then let your children search for them and earn points for each "treasure" they find. To help them you can say "cold" when they are moving away from the object, and "hot" when they are heading towards it in the right direction.
Fit the chair
For children 6 years and older. It is necessary to gather a chair (you can easily find one of these tables and chairs around you) and a handkerchief per participant, shoes or slippers. Each player takes a chair, observes it well, his eyes are bandaged and he is seated in his chair. At that time shoes are distributed on the floor. At the signal, all participants must walk on all fours to find the shoes scattered on the floor. When they find one, they must return to their chair and "fit" one of the legs of the chair, after that they must find another one, and "fit" another leg, until they "fit" all of them. It must be taken into account not to put the same number of shoes as chair legs, but to put less. If players can not find shoes, it is allowed to remove them from other chairs, but only one at a time. Win who has his chair shod.
Play video games:
This option is not my favorite either, but I like that parents can at least be part of this activity if we wish. New consoles such as the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 have video games that make children move a lot and even "learn" music and some sports.
Buy a game like Punch Out (boxing) or Just Dance (dance) and practice it with your children. The good thing about these games is that besides spending an entertaining time with the family (your children will be happy to beat you, and let's face it, this is their territory), you will have a phenomenal "work out".

Disguise yourself:
Board old clothes, hats, belts, ties and accessories in general, and invite the children to create their own costumes. If you have costumes used for Halloween or presentations of the school or daycare, take them out and see how they manage to use them (even if they do not fit anymore!). Especially if you have small children, it is a good idea to have a box or trunk with costumes, clothes and accessories that they can use and play. In addition to having fun, children will increase their capacity for creativity and imagination.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
