COVID-19 has taken a toll on all our lives. With over three months in quarantine, our immune system needs to be built to be able to protect us once we return to normal society. Here are 7 foods that you should be eating to build your immune system!

ORANGES

Oranges are hydrating and filled with Vitamin C that will help your immune system become stronger.

Broccoli

Broccoli is filled with Vitamin C as well. Vegetables can have vitamin C as well. A cup of broccoli has about 81 mg of Vitamin C.

Pineapple

Pineapples are delicious to eat and can be incorporated into many drinks. They have about 79 mg of Vitamin C and aids in bone growth.

Yogurt

Yogurt is high in protein and vitamin D. Vitamin D helps protect you from corona. Yogurt has numbers benefits including protection against osteoporosis and stronger heart health.

Cashews

Cashews are not only tasty, but has many health benefits as well. Cashews contain magnesium and zinc. Additionally, they aid in weight loss, prevent blood disease, and promote healthy hair.

Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine.
