Life is certainly stressful. I find positive self-talk and motivational quotes help get me through tough times. Here are five quotes I enjoy looking to when I need to get myself out of a funk.

I like this quote simply because your thoughts are a powerful thing. If you train your mind to think more positively, you can have more positive effects. You thoughts can determine that outcomes at times.

This means to always try to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Although this can be hard, there could always be worse things.

3 “Pessimism leads to weakness, optimism to power.”— William James

The more you are able to see the good than the bad, the better your behavior may be and the more effective thoughts you will have. You brain is a powerful force that can determine actions.

4 “Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.”— Winston Churchill

Your attitude reflects actions. If you can rise above a negative situation, you can climb any obstacle you come forth too. Your willingness to overcome demons is your greatest strength.
