Happiness comes from within you primarily and not externally all the time. You are the sheer force behind a healthy and happy state of mind. There is no other force other than you who could dictate the levels of ecstasy you should experience. As a matter of fact, there are multiple methods of attaining the ultimate spice of life. Some popular methods include participating in fantastic extracurricular activities such as scuba diving and bungee jumping. These fierce activities will bring out the inner playful person which is probably hiding inside of you and expose you to the fun-filled wonders of the world. In addition, it will also eradicate substantial fears you have and make you more fearless than you ever were!
Alongside such daredevil and adventurous activities, you can transition towards soothing and relaxing activities such as painting, reading, writing, or playing tennis. These activities are a little bit less challenging than the activities previously mentioned and they will give you more time to ponder about certain things in life. My advice to everyone is that they should always strive to embrace life and engage in events or activities which will release stress hormones. Many state-of-the-art activities are meant to lighten up your workload and brighten up your gloomy day!
Furthermore, spending time with wonderful friends and family members will also cheer you up. Solitude adds up to an abundance of loneliness in no time but being alongside people who contribute to your overall well-being will never make you feel lonely. It also allows you to improve your socializing and communication skills tremendously. I strongly believe that you learn much more by interacting with others and it will also positively impact your levels of optimism. Since I'm an only child, I enjoy being surrounded by various mindsets and perceptions.
Finally, begin searching for happiness within you first before resorting to external methods of fun. If you do not feel satisfied or happy initially, then it will not be an easy task to embrace happiness from external sources. The search for joie de vivre moments should start and end with you!
