As a child, I remember going to the movies in 2003 to see Finding Nemo and ever since then I have been hooked. I loved the story of the search for Nemo by his father Marlin but my favorite part of Finding Nemo was always Dory. After 13 years of waiting for a sequel it is finally here but this time it is all about Dory and I am so excited.

The first thing I am excited to find out in Finding Dory is finding out Dory's background. All this time we knew about Dory was she has a charismatic personality and a memory loss problem. So now we get to see the more information we have been craving for all of this time.

The second thing I am excited for are more funny Dory moments. In Finding Nemo, my favorite part of the movie was watching Dory be Dory. Some of my favorite moments in Finding Nemo were Dory speaking whale and all the different names Dory addresses Nemo.

The third thing I am excited about it the return as Ellen DeGeneres as Dory. Ellen has been such an advocate for Finding Dory pretty much since Finding Nemo. After continuously watching the Ellen DeGeneres show for years we had the constant reminder we needed a sequel. So thanks Ellen for your continuous laughs on your show as well as Dory.

So as a huge Dory and Ellen fan I am really excited to see this movie. For years Dory has been my spirit animal for my animals for years. She is very kind as well as funny which I think are some qualities I believe I hold. Dory,as well as Ellen, has been inspiring us to " Just Keep Swimming" which in other words means to not give up when you are having a hard time.
