Finals Week As Told By The Cast Of Riverdale

What could make the worst week better more than the best show ever?

It's here. The most dreaded week of the semester. The week of hell. Finals.

The week where everyone and their brother lives in the library.

The week where the starbucks line is two hours long.

The week where you have two deadlines at midnight and you probably haven't start either papers.

To celebrate (or mourn) this week, here is the stages of finals week as told by the cast of Riverdale (aka my new favorite show).

1. Here you are all semester, without a care in the world.

2. And then you blink and suddenly it's finals week.

3. You're mood when you realize you have 3 finals on the same day and you curse all your professors at once

4. When you get to the first exam and you don't even know the first question

5. When you come out of the exam and find out your best friend thought it was BS too

6. When you thought you were done but the exam has another page

7. When you decide to give up on college and be a dancer (we all have those days)

8. When you pass the exam you thought you failed

9. When you walk out of your last exam

10. When you're waiting for your parents to pick you up after your last exam

11. And then you come back next semester and do it all again!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
