Being more positive not only effects your mindset, it effects the attitude of others around you too. There is no excuse to not be happy!
1. Surround yourself with those who make you smile.
Realizing some of your friends are the ones bringing you down is always a difficult realization, but ultimately when you cut those friendships out of your life you will be able to feel much more positive.
2. Music is everything.
If you're in a grumpy mood and can't seem to break it, play your favorite song and sing it as loud as you can.
3. Step outside of your comfort zone & be outgoing.
Take it from a professional, whether you're hitting up the gym for the first time in a while or finding a new group to join, putting yourself out there forces you to meet new people and try new things. You have nothing to lose!
4. Shut up and Dance.
We all know those 2 AM dance parties with your best friend are some of the most memorable and fun times in your life,
5. Compliment people.
This will not only make the person you're talking to feel good, but you will feel good just by minutely making others happy.
6. Meditate.
Sometimes you need to stop and take a few moments for yourself and appreciate your accomplishments.
7. Smile.
Don't be afraid to show off those pearly whites.
