Christmas is one of the most anticipated and special times of the year. It’s filled with family, food, ugly sweaters, and lots of Christmas music. From the literal moment that Thanksgiving passes you can’t avoid the Christmas jingles. They’re playing pretty much everywhere that you go. Sometimes we love them, and sometimes we can’t stand to hear them on repeat another time. Yet, regardless of what you feel for them, we all know that no Christmas would be complete without a classic Christmas tune. Here’s what your favorite Christmas song might say about you:

1. “Jingle Bell Rock” by Billy Idol.

Odds are you love this song because it reminds you of the famous talent show scene from the 2004 movie, “Mean Girls.” You’re probably a teenage girl who loves to sway her hips every time this song comes on as you try to envision you and your friends as Regina, Gretchen, Karen, and Cady.

2. “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey.

If this is your favorite Christmas song, you 're either a huge Mariah Carey fan, or you’ve just heard it in the backgrounds of shopping mall soundtracks everywhere, albeit it’s probably up there for one of the all-time classics. You hear it in commercials, at the club, and eventually in your sleep.

3. “Silent Night” by Jackie Evanch.

If you like this song you probably take Christmas pretty seriously and have had a solid streak on Santa’s nice list since day one. A night in spent with family, friends, and some eggnog is your ideal Christmas. It’s also safe to say that you’re in bed on Christmas Eve by 8 p.m. in your Christmas themed two-piece pajama set.

4. “Mistletoe” by Justin Bieber.

You probably like this song if you’re in middle school waiting for your crush to come kiss you on Christmas Eve. And by crush, I mean Justin Bieber. Keep on Beliebing girls.

5. “Santa Baby” by Kylie Minogue.

If you like this one, then you’re probably the type of person who started wearing less and going out more this holiday season. You most likely spend a lot of your time at the club wearing nothing more than scandalous Santa outfits, oversized sweaters, or reindeer antlers and disco shorts.

6. “Feliz Navidad” by Jose Feliciano.

If this is your song, you like to party but you also know how to keep it real. You’re definitely the type of person who can start a conga line at your holiday gathering, but then can make an emotional toast about how special this time of the year is to you. You’re also probably still up taking tequila shots by the time Santa comes to put presents under your tree.

7. “Last Christmas” by Wham!

The lyrics for this one are pretty self-explanatory. If you love this song, odds are you’re either going through a holiday break up or you’re just really salty about someone not liking you back. Hang in there, you still have next Christmas to get it right.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
