For most people, autumn is the bearer of all good things; pumpkin spice lattes, sweater weather, leaves changing colors, bugs returning to the 7th circle of hell-- but for some of us, (namely me) autumn can also be...depressing.
It's the crisp fall air and the sun setting earlier that brings a sort of sadness to my heart. The carefree salt air of summer has come and gone again, the warm weather a distant memory. While you're still excited about all those PSLs and wearing warm fuzzy things, there's a part of you that miss the nights where you stayed up til the break of dawn, laughing and creating memories with your friends.
So, if you're like me, you'll definitely be thinking about these things, too:
1. It's October...already?
Could've sworn it was like August just yesterday...
2. I don't want the sun to set earlier!
3. PSLs are all fine and nice, but I like my iced coffee.
4. I don't WANT to wear jeans or sweaters.
5. The changing colors of the trees make me want to cry.
I refuse to believe this is happening.
