Okay so hopefully we are through with this cold weather and making our way through spring and into summer. I just have one question for everyone, who has their summer body fit and ready to go? Oh well hello there to you all, I am also still working on my summer body goals! A mother of three, a worker and student, I try to keep a weekly routine to smash goals and make gains.
However, usually, there’s always a moment in time where everyone forgets to get their workout in for the day and must make up for it! So, I am a writer, of course, I work in customer service and am always in an office setting where I am sitting. Well, that sounds boring and because I am sitting may sound very unhealthy. So, I would like to introduce 3 ways to keep yourself active even while at your desk.
1. Stretching
2. Squats.
Just by squatting you are working your hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps and more. While sitting at your desk can get super boring especially in an office. My advice would be when its quiet take some time and your cubicle and do 25 squats. Even squat it out in the bathroom, you’ll be thankful that you did 😊
3. Arm Exercise
Well, we all would agree that we work with most of our upper body while working in an office setting. But how often do we work them when we get home or in our free time? May I suggest doing arm exercises throughout the day to keep the extra flab away.I am still working on my arms as well and have found that with weights just having my arms stretched out and parallel to the floor, by rolling my arms in the air in small circles for 25 reps, keeps my body feeling the burn and the fat begins to lean and tone up! So yes, don’t try to rush to the gym on lunch wait until after work but while at work keep yourself busy and moving to reach those summer body goals. Let’s go!
