Why I'm Excited For 'Fantastic Beasts'
Trailer Addict

The final trailer for "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," the new movie set in the "Harry Potter" universe, just came out, and I have not been this excited about a trailer for a long time. While I'm sure it will be a good movie in its own right, I'm mostly just excited because of how much I love "Harry Potter" in general. I mean, I have a "Harry Potter" tattoo, for crying out loud.

This trailer, and the upcoming movie itself, will mean a lot of things, both to me and to pop culture. This film will introduce a whole new generation of people to the "Harry Potter" universe, and I think that's so exciting. It's a lot easier for young people to fall in love with a series that is still being released, so this new trilogy of films will hopefully grab some of the people who missed it the first time around.

I grew up loving the "Harry Potter" movies, so I'm thrilled that we'll be getting more of them. Knowing that J.K. Rowling wrote the screenplay for the film makes me even more excited, as I know that it will be everything I could hope for. She wouldn't write a storyline that she didn't believe in for this universe she created that so many people are invested in. I'm also positive that the writing will be brilliant because I would expect nothing less from Rowling.

One other thing that is exciting to me about this movie is that Eddie Redmayne is starring in it, and I absolutely love him. After his speech at the Oscars, I cannot find fault with him; he is simply too adorable for words, and I know that he will make this movie everything it can be. The fact that Ezra Miller (the secret love of my life) will be in it also just makes everything infinitely better.

Finally, anything that is canonically "Harry Potter" will get my ultimate seal of approval. If J.K. Rowling approves it, I wouldn't dare to find genuine fault with it. Sure, I might have nitpicky issues, but I know that I'll love it just as much as I love everything else within the universe. I love "Harry Potter," and the "Fantastic Beasts" movie will just be one more thing that I can love.

Overall, I cannot wait for this movie to come out in November, and it's one I'll definitely be seeing in theaters. I'm positive that it will make me laugh, smile, and cry throughout the film, and I'm sure I'll walk away positively furious that I'll have to wait two more years for the sequel.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
