So Thanksgiving break is over. For me, right about now, the panic is starting to set in. Only seven days of class left. SEVEN. Jeez. It's kind of making me worry. Here's what you can do to slow the early onset of panic:
Okay. I am sure that 99.9% of the time, you most likely want to scream and cry. I know it can't just be me. But you eventually get to the point where those options don't look too great. In that case, I suggest employing some deep yoga breathing. As corny as it sounds, it really helps!
Find something you love and EXPLOIT IT! I love relaxing and reading, or relaxing and doing a crossword puzzle, or even watching some television. It will help you, I promise. We all need our escapes.
Just remember that we're all in this together, and stay calm. We can get through this tough time as a team!
