This presidential election has everyone feeling all sorts of ways. I'm sure there are many words we can all use to describe the candidates, especially coming from our younger generation. Although, have you ever asked yourself which candidate is the lesser evil? Regardless of your answer, let's begin.

Experience in Politics

Hillary Clinton: About 48 years

She has been the First Lady of the United States, a senator in New York, and the United States Secretary of State. #girlpower

Donald Trump: 1 year & 4 months

Trump has not provided his experience in politics. But the man is confident on his ideas and proposals. He announced he was running for president on June 16, 2015. So yeah, up until now, about a year and a half. He also has been a businessman for about 45 years. Trump also has 19 years of experience with beauty pageants and about seventy years harassing women. #spraytanpower

What does the President think of them?

Hillary:

"...I know how hard this job can be. That’s why I know Hillary will be so good at it. In fact, I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office. She’s got the courage, the compassion, and the heart to get the job done."

Trump:

"And then there’s Donald Trump. He’s not really a plans guy. Not really a facts guy either. He calls himself a business guy, which is true, but I have to say, I know plenty of businessmen and women who’ve achieved success without leaving a trail of lawsuits, and unpaid workers and people feeling like they got cheated."

Now I know what you anti-Hillary's are thinking, what about her email scandal? Or she's a liar! She stole Bernie's candidacy! And probably many other vulgar things I can't discuss because I have to keep it PG.

First of all, when Hillary lost against Obama back in 2008, she still supported him. As democrats, we have to fight for the middle class together. We have to fight for equality. We have to fight for the majority, not the minority. The United States needs a leader who will make progressive changes. All you new voters, this is our future! Your vote matters. Who cares what Facebook tells you? Look at the real facts. I can assure you, Donald is an excellent example of everything our president shouldn't be. Hillary has made mistakes, but bigger mistakes will be made if we let Donald become president. Jill Stein and Gary Johnson are great candidates as well, but if they were so great, why weren't they endorsed by their rivals and the President? Bernie Sanders created a movement amongst the youth, a movement that affected me. That movement taught me to fight for my voice to be heard. That movement taught me that I want change, for the middle class, illegal immigrants, LGBT members, children and so much more. Because of the change, I want to see in our great country, I'm with her.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
