A Long Walk
After stuffing a few extra pounds into my body every Thanksgiving, I've found that the best thing to do immediately after eating is going for a walk around the block with my cousins.
Stretches
While these aren't calorie-burning exercises, they do get you moving, which is what you need to do to start exercising off those few new pounds.
Squats
Even those these aren't cardio, so they don't, as easily, help you lose weight, they're so much easier to do after stuffing yourself. Unlike when doing cardio after after eating, you don't get side cramps by building muscle. You can replace squats with any other butt-building exercise, bicep curls, hip dips, or any other muscle-builder that doesn't activate your abs.
"Drinking" Games
You know those games where you take a shot every time a character on a TV show does a certain thing, or you chug as much of your beer as possible to the theme song, this is like that. Except, instead of doing something unhealthy that puts on more calories, you do things like 10 squats every time Spongebob says "I'm ready!" and a plank the whole time the painting is singing in the beginning of every episode. This is a much more intense workout that I don't recommend attempting until a few days after the holiday.
Happy exercising!
