The smell of burgers, potato chips, and all things chocolate fills the air as the leaves begin to fade into a various array of red and orange. With tailgating season, a novelty for college freshmen, quickly approaching, you have to make sure to watch what you eat. However, for the majority of eighteen-year-olds, this saying is as promising as a New Years Resolution. Luckily there's an easy fix to make sure you still fit into your blue jeans while enjoying the tailgating splurge. Exercise! Here are some quick and easy tips to help you enjoy that chocolate cupcake.
