There isn't any. Rottweilers have been owned for thousands of years and used as herd dogs, police dogs, and as guard dogs. They are some of the sweetest most loyal dogs around. So here is  5 reasons why you should own a rottweiler.

They are the silliest dogs around.

They may look tough, but underneath they are goofy! Whether it be snoring and barking in their sleep, or stealing a sock and running away. Rotties will never fail to make you laugh and smile each and every day.

You will never have to throw food away ever again.

It doesn't matter if you've just fed them, they will continue to beg and slobber all over you until you give them a little bit of your food. They will always be happy to lick the bowl or eat a whole plate of leftovers.

They always know what you need.

Whether it be a good walk, a little cheering up, or a little bit of cuddling, they seem to have a sense that tells them exactly what you need at that moment. They will never fail to be there exactly when you need it.

They are always loyal.

Rottweilers are famously loyal. They are protective of their family and love them to a fault. You will never have to worry about going on a walk with them or leaving your house, you know that you and your property will always be safe

They will always love you.

No matter what happens, and no matter how many times you have to discipline them, they will always love you. They will always be happy when you come home and they will never abandon you.

There are so many misconceptions about rottweilers being violent dogs. But if you raise this dog with love and happiness they will love you and be loyal to you and your family for the rest of your life. When you own a rottweiler, you will always have joy, laughter, and a furever friend.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
