Regardless of whether it's before finals or after finals, we all have to de-stress at some point in our lives otherwise we'll go insane. Here are some DIYs (Do-It-Yourself) ways to de-stress that I've gathered so you can enjoy the process and the product!
1. Paint some abstract art
Even if you're not an artist, you can't go wrong with abstract art. Just try experimenting with colors and brushes and go with the flow.
2. Make a rice ball
All you have to do is take a sock, pour some rice in, and tie it up and you're good to go!
3. Make slime or playdough
Slime or playdough is so satisfying to play with and takes your mind away from all your troubles and worries.
4. Make a glitter jar
You can spend hours just swishing around the contents of the jar and being mesmerized by how pretty the glitter looks as it swirls around in the jar.
5. Make a face mask
This way you can hit two birds with one stone: relaxing and taking care of yourself.
