Maybe you began your time at college with a perfectly planned schedule for your meals, with a meal plan through your school cafeteria to boot. Maybe your life got more hectic and the cafeteria hours didn't really suit your needs anymore. From the to healthy to the not-so-healthy (but utterly delicious) recipes, we've got you covered.

So Not Healthy.

1.

Can you say Mozzarella Stick Onion Rings? These look too good to be true, but serve them up with your favorite ranch or marinara and let me know how amazing they are!

2.

If a Pesto Grilled Cheese Panini coated in butter and served piping hot doesn't make you want to get out the old frying pan, I don't know what will!

3.

I would happily eat sprinkles on all foods for the rest of my life. Since that's utterly impractical, I'll have to content myself with these Funfetti Gooey Cake Bars.

Healthy-ish...

1.

These Whole-Wheat Chocolate Avocado Muffins are still full of chocolatey goodness, espresso powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, so they seem barely outside the 'so not healthy' category... but they use avocado for their moisture and richness, so I'm sold.

2.

Though these Greek Yogurt Lemon Bars are not quite healthy, they're only 130 calories a square, so they're a largely guilt-free treat, if you're not of the gluten or dairy-free persuasion.

3.

Three-Ingredient Coconut Double Chocolate Mousse? Sign me up! This dessert might easily become a go-to for those who have a dairy-free diet.

Healthier....

1.

While I can't exactly declare brie to be 'healthy,' these Cranberry-Brie Walnut Stuffed Sweet Potatoes are chock-full of other nutrients, which do put them pretty high up on my list.

2.

Paleo Chik-Fil-A Nuggets probably weren't on your must-have list, but after trying this recipe, you'll agree that they're (almost) as tasty as the real thing!

3.

I just adore sweet potato, and these Sweet Potato Gluten-Free Gnocchi are no exception! Pair with your favorite sauce (from pesto to cauliflower alfredo) and save as much of this sweet little pasta for your next meal as you'd like.

Healthy!

1.

This Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Chicken recipe is not only delicious (and gluten, dairy, soy, and sugar free), it also plates beautifully (if it makes it that far out of the pan).

2.

Lemon Garlic and Herb Salmon can be such an easy choice for gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, or soy-free diets! If you're not limited by dietary concerns, it's just a healthy (but tasty) option.

3.

For the full American breakfasts you might miss (think bacon, undercooked eggs, ham, toast, sausage, and heavily salted hash browns), these Spaghetti Squash Hash Browns are a healthier alternative that I can totally get behind.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
