People are so into quick diets and fad diets, but the truth is…diets don’t work. They give you “fake” results. Dieting leads to temporary weight loss and then they end up making you gain more weight back than when you started.
When you diet and eat less food than your body needs to perform everyday functions, it'll end up impacting your body negatively. You are starving your body and it stores the little food you are putting into it. This leads to less energy and then when you eat normal portions again, your body will store more food and use less of it. You essentially will “blow up” like a fish.
Solution? Live a healthy life style. Eat healthy food and normal portions of it. Treat yourself to that cookie or brownie or bag of chips. It won’t kill you and it won't make you gain weight. It’s good for the soul.

You know what foods are good for you and which are not. It's all about balance and living an active lifestyle. If you want to eat everything junky in sight, DO IT. Get outside and do something active afterward. Balance people.
Don’t diet. It’s not healthy, it’s short term and it’ll make you grumpy and tired. Does any of that sound beneficial? No. No, it does not.
