Now that fall is just turning in, we can finally go back to baking things just for fun, if not for events or holidays. With the temperature dropping, heating up the house is now something comfortable. Here are ten popular desserts!

1. Pumpkin Bread

I remember looking forward to a loaf of this my family received each year from a close family friend. Good times!

2. Rice Pudding

It can be served as a sort of breakfast food, but I'm more familiar with it as a dessert. Warm rice pudding, flavored with spices like cinnamon and cloves and topped with some ground cinnamon for an aesthetic touch is ideal for a colder day.

3. Apple Pie

While I'm personally not a fan of fruit pies, I know this is a favorite for many. Fall is a season associated with apples (apple season, though they're available to us all year round...)

4. Pumpkin Pie

This one is probably the most iconic autumn dessert.

5. Cranberry Muffins

8. Sticky Buns

A close cousin to the cinnamon roll, only garnished with nuts and syrup. Sticky indeed!
