Many people like buying nice perfumes that last so they can smell fresh all day. But with increasing demand, the prices have skyrocketed. Here are some ways you can still buy nice perfumes without the large price tag.

1. Check Out Discount Stores

You would assume many discount stores only hold off-brand, cheap perfume. This is not the case! One of my favorite places to go to get nice perfume is T.J. Maxx because they always have a wide variety of perfumes from Juicy Couture, Burberry, and even Gucci. They also have a wide range of men's cologne with brand names like Armani and Dolce & Gabbana.

2. Wait For Holiday Gift Sets

Places like Macy's, Dillards, and Nordstrom do sell holiday gift sets for designer brands, where you can get multiple items for or less than the price of the regular perfume. While they still might be pricey, you are saving money because you are getting more products for your money, like included travel size perfumes or lotions.

3. Always Visit The Sales Shelves

Half of the time, when discount stores get in new shipments for the holidays or season changes, a lot of their cosmetics and perfume go on clearance that were not sold for a considerable amount of time. This doesn't mean the perfume expired, they were just making room for new merchandise. For example, one time I got this Valentino perfume I had my eyes on at Nordstrom for the longest time, but at T.J. Maxx, it was over 60% off compared to the one at Nordstorm!

4. Sephora Sample Sets

Have you ever been to Sephora and seen the perfume sample sets that are around $30 for a bunch of little perfumes? Did you wonder why it was so expensive and thought that was a waste of money? Well, it's not! The reason the samples are expensive is because they come with a voucher for a free full sized perfume from one of the scents in the sample just by buying the sample set! Not only will this save you about half the money you would have spent on the perfume, you also get the samples to try on at home to really decide what scent you like the most!
