Dear Cancer,
Would you like to answer your reasoning behind all your destruction?
Why are you so reluctant to tell us all the truth?
I swear it won't take up too much of your pointless time
But you deserve to be paused of your wasteful and selfish behavior so I don't care
I'll waste my last breath and question you to death
So just answer
Why do you steal strength away and replace it with weakness?

Cancer, you are relentless
Leaving your victims tired and restless
No they can't sleep
They can't dream in fear they will again see your awful face
Made up of disgusting selfish flesh
As you eat away the life of the innocent
How can you be so persistent in destroying?
Don't even have the respect to give your hostages notice
And you leave them bruised and broken
You steal good souls and leave them with nothing more than their aching bones

They cry out in God's name
You rip away their mental state as well

You constant reminder of how unfair life can be

The patients you have in hospital beds
Leaves me more than impatient for your response
