To My Little Sister Who I'd Do Anything For

Dear little sister,

I want you to know that you will always be a major part of my life. No matter where we both may go, know that I am always going to be there for you.

I will be there for you when you go through the happiest moments of your life, the moments where a smile never leaves your face and you can't stop talking about it.

I will be there for you when you get heartbroken, whether it's by beating up that person or watching movies and eating ice-cream with you to ease your pain.

I will be there for you when all you need is a hug and reassurance.

I will be there for you even if we are fighting at that time.

I will be there for you when all we do is laugh uncontrollably from all of our inside jokes.

I will be there for you when you want to have a dance party.

I will be there for you when you share all of your crazy worldly adventures that I know you are going to have.

I will be there for you if you decide to get married and I will watch you walk down that aisle to the love of your life.

I will be there for you when you have achieved your goals; I will be so very proud.

I will be there for you when you need advice about absolutely anything in life.

I will be there for you when you need me to remind you how important you are. That you are intelligent, kind, loyal, beautiful, and sassier than anyone. I'll tell you that if anyone made you second guess that, they do not deserve to be in your life.

I will be there for you, no matter what, because you are my sister and I love you. Nothing is ever going to change that. As we get older, I will always cherish the memories we have now and all of those that are yet to come.

Love,

Your big sister

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
