There are so many shows to keep tabs on, it helps to organize them by days of the week!

We all have that one friend who watches way too many television series. I'm that friend. There are tons of good shows out there and I feel like I watch them all, and still when someone asks me 'Have you seen this one already?', the answer is mostly no. But nevertheless, here is my current weekly watchlist. Maybe you'll get new ideas from it. And there's still much to come this year.

Monday

There are four series that have new episodes airing on Monday: "Supergirl" (Season 3 - The CW), "Valor" (Season 1 - The CW), "The Gifted" (Season 1 - FOX) and "The Good Doctor" (Season 1 - ABC). "Supergirl" is in its third season and still going strong. The other three are newcomers this season on while "The Gifted" and "The Good Doctor" have gotten my attention, "Valor" still has some convincing to do. "Supergirl" tells the story of Superman's cousin and her struggle with being a superhero and a 'normal' person at the same time. "Valor" shows two veterans who accidentally uncover a government conspiracy during a mission gone wrong. "The Gifted" is an X-men spinoff and follows a family in which the father is a mutant prosecutor and his children turn out to be mutants. "The Good Doctor" tells Shaun Murphy's story, an autistic surgeon in a hospital and all the prejudices that come with that.

Tuesday

Tuesday brings us "The Flash" (Season 4 - The CW), "Legends of Tomorrow" (Season 3 - The CW), "This Is Us" (Season 2 - NBC) and "American Horror Story" (Season 7 - FX). All great shows, with my preference going to AHS. "The Flash" tells the story of Barry Allen, who suddenly discovers he has gotten superspeed after being hit by lightning. "Legends of Tomorrow" is a DC Universe spin-off about time travel. "This Is Us" is a feel-good family drama about a typical American family. AHS is AHS, nothing more to say. This season is about a cult.

Wednesday

It's time for "Riverdale" (Season 2 - The CW), "Dynasty" (Season 1 - The CW), "The Blacklist" (Season 5 - NBC) and "The Shannara Chronicles" (Season 2 - Spike). I'm so excited for the second season of "Riverdale" and I'm very curious for "Dynasty" and "The Shannara Chronicles". "Riverdale" is a teenage drama set in a quiet town, shaken up by a local murder. "Dynasty" is the revival of the 80s hit show. "The Blacklist" is a very strong crime series about a wanted man named Raymond Reddington and "The Shannara Chronicles" is a fantasy series, for fans of "Lord of the Rings", but not as good as that of course.

Thursday

In comparison to the other days, this Thursday is quieter. "Arrow" (Season 6 - The CW) and "How to Get Away With Murde"r (Season 4 - ABC). Both really good. "Arrow" is about the DC character Green Arrow and HTGAWM is about lawyers who try to get away with murder, basically.

Friday

"Once Upon a Time" (Season 7 - ABC), "Jane the Virgin" (Season 4 - The CW) and "The Inhumans" (Season 1 - ABC). I genuinely liked the first episode of Season 7 of OUAT, but I do not think it will be renewed. Same goes for Jane and Inhumans. "Inhumans" doesn't seem to be catching on and Jane's story is quite done I believe. But I still enjoy them while it lasts. OUAT tells the stories of lots of fairytale characters who are cursed into the real world, "Jane the Virgin" is about a virgin who is accidentally artificial inseminated and "Inhumans" is about a colony of inhumans who live on the moon -- Marvel fans will understand.

Saturday & Sunday

Currently there are no episodes airing on these days for me! Do you have any I should add?

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
