NASA's done something interesting yet again. Curiosity, the rover that is operating on Mars, took time to pause its actual job to do what Millennials do best: take a selfie.
While Curiosity's selfie isn't from a 3/4 angle or with great lighting and a filter, it is comprised of 92 angles. It's not complete, just like all selfies. There's a shadow in its picture, showing off where the arm of Curiosity is.
Curiosity is on a mission though, besides being absolutely adorable. It took a break from drilling into the planet. While digging, NASA said that Curiosity found that this area is high in silicone and hydrogen content. It also has more water than Curiosity has seen in an area since being dropped off. The rover has been there for three years, putzing about and being everyone's favorite. This isn't the only time it has caught our attention; Curiosity sang "Happy Birthday" to itself on the first anniversary of it landing on our neighbor.
What will Curiosity do next? We'll have to watch and wait.
