Today is the best day in the world, aka National Cookie Day! Now, instead of going out and buying a box of sub-par cookies that will hardly impress your friends, family, and coworkers, how about you turn on Fixer Upper, the oven, and bake some homemade cookies?

You may not be the best baker, or even know how to bake cookies, but lucky for you, I have the 5 best cookie recipes to cook on National Cookie Day and they will trick everyone into thinking you're a pro baker.
