The lucky thirteenth season of Grey's Anatomy premieres on September 22, 2016. If you're anything like me, you have been using every free opportunity possible to recap on all the hit moments of Grey's Anatomy. Also, you've been endlessly talking about it with your friends and counting down the days.

There are plenty of rumors going around of spoilers for the next season, curiosities that have struck some viewers, and things in the past that we are wishing would just return. Here are some confessions of the typical Grey's Anatomy fan as they are counting down the days to the new premiere.

Can Derek Return from The Dead Already?

This is probably the most difficult thing all people Grey's and "MerDer" have to deal with. Let's face it: We miss Derek. The way Derek had to die and be terminated from the show was just... heartbreaking. There are times that I'm sure we all wish raising people from the dead was a thing.

Callie's Gone?!

In case I might've spoiled this for you, yes, Callie announced she is leaving Grey's Anatomy. She just needed some time off from everything. We will definitely miss her this season, but if Grey's keeps going on maybe we will see her later?

"Japril?"

The end of last season brought a new precious baby for this couple! There have been rumors that big news is going to be revealed this season regarding the famous "Japril." I wonder what this could be...

Will Meredith find a new man?

At the conclusion of the last season, there was a new man trying to learn everything about Meredith and be with her. However, there was a plot twist (which I will NOT spoil for you) at the end of season twelve that this man isn't in the cards. Maybe this will go further, maybe not!

Karev going to jail?

Yes another season twelve spoiler, Alex gets home after a long shift at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. When he gets home, another guy is with Jo and needless to say, Alex pommels the guy. However, we don't know yet how severe the injuries are and the scenario isn't quite clear yet. How this will unfold, we will come to find out.

Will Ben make another bad decision?

Miranda Bailey's husband Ben is an intern at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Needless to say, he has made many bad decisions that have put patient's lives on the line and have put significant pressure on Bailey in regards to how to discipline her husband. With home delivering April's baby last season, do we think he will make another bad decision? We shall see!

Will Arizona fall in love again?

Now that Callie is off to New York and no longer in the picture, will Arizona find someone to help raise Sofia? Do you think she will be able to move on from Callie?

Someone is Returning?!

Maybe, maybe not. This is one of those rumors that I was talking about. There are many options to who this could be: Christina Yang, Izzie Stevens, Preston Burke? I guess we will have to wait and see!

We are within ten days of the premiere of Grey's Anatomy, and I know people have been looking forward to watching how this season will unfold. Tune in Thursday, September 22 at 8pm/7pm central and embark on the new journey called season thirteen!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
