When I arrived to Bloomsburg University as an 18-year-old, I was eager, nervous, and ready to take on college.
Now, as I am finishing my last finals week, I cannot believe how fast time has gone by. I could make this a super long sappy post, but I won't. Here is what I will say.
High school seniors: Enjoy your final days in high school. Make the most of it, and spend time with your friends. College will be exciting, but don't wish time away yet.
College freshman: Take in every moment of your time in college. Work hard, make connections, but most importantly, spend as much time with your friends as you can.
I am eager to student teach in the fall prior to graduation in December. But, I'd be lying if I said leaving my second home, my best friends, my little apartment, and a beautiful campus was not making me sad. So, I'll keep this short and sweet.
Bloomsburg, thank you. Thank you for the best friends I could ever ask for. Amazing experiences. Great professors. And a lifetime of memories.
