As college students, daily life at school can get pretty frustrating. We all get annoyed fairly easily, especially when it comes to the important things like our sleep schedules, Netflix binge time, and grades (those are important too I guess). Every year when Christmas rolls around I watch the Grinch, because it's my favorite, and this year I noticed something. College students are all Grinch's. We all know the Grinch as an iconic Christmas character. But who knew that the older you got, not only do we all understand him and his antics a little bit more, but we start to become him.
While growing up, I can personally say my distaste for people has grown and I can relate to the Grinch very easily. Now that I am in college, I could basically speak in only Grinch quotes every day and no one would notice. That's how annoying people can be.
Who knew that you could accurately sum up your college years with quotes from a family Christmas movie? The Grinch is your average, annoyed college student. Whether you have complaints about people stealing your parking spot or about how much the people you interact with daily get on your nerves, this is to prove that there is a little bit of Grinch in us all.
When all the parking spots are always taken, so you decide to never leave the house again:
When people want you to go out, but you're already in pajamas with Netflix and alone time on the agenda:
When your teachers won't round up your 89.4 grade to a 90 so you will have an A:
When you buy something you really didn't need, with money you didn't have #brokecollegekidprobs:
When you tweeted something really clever and feel really fabulous for it:
When you walk into class and there's a quiz you had no idea about:

When you have group homework in a class and you just can't handle it:
Your attitude during finals:
When you can't decide what you want more food or sleep:
When class almost gets out early until that one annoying person has a question that threatens to make the class run late:
When karma comes back for the people that cut in front of you in the obnoxiously long Chick-fil-A line:
When you've been binge watching Netflix for so long you've barely gotten out of the house:
When you finally have one of those rare, good days where everything goes fine and you act like a crazy person because you're in such a good mood:
When you have to deal with so many annoying people every day that you've mastered the perfect eye roll:
The Grinch makes us realize it's okay to get annoyed. There is no one that describes more accurately what it is like to be in college and frustrated with daily life than the Grinch.
