College is a time to develop leadership skills, make connections, improve upon interview abilities, cultivate impeccable essay-writing skills, learn about a subject area that you are passionate about, and eventually turn that passion into a career. One of the most important aspects that college students are pressed to focus on while pursuing their undergraduate degrees is the creation of a top-notch resume. Afterall, a resume is one of the critical pieces that either make or break your acceptance to whatever you are applying for.

Here are 18 true talents that college students wish they could add to their resumes but can't.

1. Living off of Raman noodles and popcorn

Balanced budget > balanced diet, right?

2. Searching Google until you finally find the Quizlet link with all the homework answers

This action shows determination and perseverance because you had the patience to scroll through eight Google pages before you finally found what you were hoping for.

3. Functioning off of 3-4 hours of sleep max

4. Writing a 12-page paper on a book you never even read a single page of

Shoutout to good class discussions and the Internet.

5. Just writing a 12-page paper in general

6. Consuming large amounts of coffee no matter what time of the day it is

The excessive amount of caffeine in your system may attribute to why you only get a few hours of sleep, but how else are you supposed to get all your work finished?

7. Falling behind on all other expenses simply to afford your coffee addiction

8. Tuning out your inconsiderate neighbors who are blasting music at 1 a.m.

Okay, so maybe this is why you don't get any sleep...

9. Balancing social life and work

10. Maintaining relationships with everyone

It's exhausting keeping all friends, family members, coworkers, peers, professors, significant others happy, but it's so worth it.

Did I really need to take that Greek Mythology course to better my life? No. Did I have to take it fulfill a requirement for my degree? Yes.

13. Learning how to mix friend groups

You get really good at introducing your "home" friends to your "school" friends.

14. Binge-watching an entire series on Netflix

15. Taking perfect candid pictures

Shoutout to burst mode.

16. Waking up 10 minutes before class starts and still getting there on time

17. Learning to accept the situation even when things don't turn out as you had intended

The best memories occur when you least expect them to.

18. Taking three finals in one day
