When you're a college student, you notice that there are certain "types" of professors at the university. And, sometimes those professors just so happen to remind you of the cast of Criminal Minds...
1. Aaron Hotchner
If your professor was the imperturbable Aaron Hotchner, you know that class would be serious business every day. The teacher would show up in full business attire, wearing a pensive facial expression. It would definitely be a course worthwhile, because the students would learn an abundance of information. Students would know that underneath the shrewd expression, a caring personality also exists. Pre-law students and business majors are probably familiar with this personality type.
2. Spencer Reid
Dr. Reid! To have Dr. Reid as your professor would be an interesting experience. His quirky, awkward personality would make the class amusing. Your teacher would be incredibly intelligent, friendly, and youthful. However, the students would have to be very fast note takers, because we all know how quickly Spencer shares his findings when he has discovered something new. Almost every college students has probably met a "Dr. Reid."
3. Jason Gideon
Jason Gideon would be a superb professor. His students would learn about the educational material, in addition to basic life lessons. History students or math students would most likely be the participants in a class taught by Gideon. His obdurate and confident attitude, in addition to his considerate personality traits, would make the class one of his students all-time favorites.
4. David Rossi
Rossi would be a sassy, hilarious, yet sweet professor. His students would learn the material easily, because of his affable nature. It may take some time for the class to adjust to Rossi's personality, as it may seem a bit haughty at first. But with time, the students would learn that his level of confidence is rightly deserved and respected. Students of the humanities and sciences alike would be familiar with David Rossi.
5. Derek Morgan
Morgan would be a lenient professor, who demands respect, until the moment a student takes advantage of his kindness. At which point, he would transform into a stringent professor, who disciplines his class accordingly. Morgan would be humorous, and loved by his students.
6. Penelope Garcia
If Penelope Garcia was a college professor, students would find her unique, and enjoyable. She would bring an element of diversity, and individuality to the classroom. Despite her lack of seriousness, the students would admire her ability to maintain a distinct personality. She would teach students the importance of laughter and smiles. Students would learn from Garcia that if you aren't smiling while doing the work, you're in the wrong field. English students or computer science students (obviously) are familiar with the "Penelope Garcia Professors."
7. Emily Prentiss
Professor Prentiss would have a strict schedule for her classes. She would be organized, and have clearly defined goals for each of her courses. At no point would a student feel as if they aren't learning anything, or that they are unsure about the course's objectives. She would plan lessons logically, and clearly explain the information. Science students have probably had one or more professors that remind them of Emily Prentiss.
8. Jennifer "JJ" Jareau
JJ would be a diligent teacher, who went above and beyond to be a talented professor. She would amaze her students by the amount of work she puts into the job, and help younger people learn the value of devotion, and maturity.
