In case, you feel hopeless. ANYTHING is possible.
First thing I went through is the confirmation that I am pregnant. I checked my universities policy with pregnant students and they do not discriminate whilst providing help. So, get a check on that.
2.) Staying Healthy
To stay on top of school and pregnancy, make sure you keep hydrated constantly and eat right. Exercise like walking or even yoga is healthy.
3.) Who Do I Tell?
Now, that you know. Who should you tell? Well, first start with the significant other or spouse and family, friends are optional. But more importantly. tell your university and professors. Find something that suits you if any appointments are needed.
4.) Calm Down
Yeah, I'm in college. Oh, and a senior. Sometimes I'll find myself stressing out about small things. But remember that it's okay to worry a little but, learn to take a deep breath and realize it isn't worth straining yourself.
5.) How Do I Stay On Top Of Work?
Somedays, I feel so exhausted from my body doing so much that it forgets to sleep. But I also have homework. Listen, it will be hard but I start with homework during dinner time, hour breaks, or even lunch. It's those tiny time slots you got to look for because, mom's have to sleep for herself and baby.
6.) Lastly, Have Support
Listen, I don't know who's in your life. But I will tell you this. You need a support system. Whether it's a doctor, mom, friend, dad, spouse, significant other, sibling, ANYONE. You need to have people there because isolation isn't healthy for mom or baby.
