I have been drinking coffee since I was a freshman in high school. Now as a sophomore in college, I have tried a variety of coffee creamers. I have also learned that the majors are as diverse in a university as coffee creamers that exist in the caffeine industry. If each major represented a coffee creamer, what would it be?
1. Art Majors: Italian Sweet Creme
Art is a sweet major, full of beauty and expression.
2. Business Majors: Peppermint Mocha
Peppermint does double duty, which includes preparing business meetings.
3. Communication Majors: Espresso Chocolate
Espresso yourself. The added benefit of espresso plus chocolate helps majors talk even faster.
4. Education Majors: Almond Joy
Teaching the kids must bring you joy.
5. English: Toffee Nut
Toffee is popular in England, so this makes us nuts about books, writing, and grammar.
6. Math Majors: Original
Let's face it. Math majors only deal with numbers and how to calculate them, like original creamer doesn't have much of a flavor.
7. Science Majors: Irish Creme
The Irish Coffee Creamer may not have the authentic Irish creamer (which contains alcohol), but science majors deal with heavy reading, all-nighters, and achieving excellent grades. Sometimes, they need a kick to get them through the crucial parts of being an being in the science department,
8. Athletic Training: Gatorade
Yes, I know. Gatorade is NOT a coffee creamer, but let's face it. Since this major involves sports and requires more hydration, coffee is looked down upon because it's not a fluid replacer and has a diuretic effect.
