College life isn't easy. Neither is life on the TV show Shameless.

College can't come close to the Gallagher kids' wild world, but everyone can relate to their roller coaster of experiences.

Here are a few times Shameless expressed exactly how we feel.

When your comment in class starts a heated debate:

When you're secretly so happy to get that call from your mom:

When you give your roommate a pep talk during finals week:

When you shamelessly beg your parents for money:

When you email "Sorry for my absence":

When you go to Parking Services and meet the person ignoring your emails:

When you say goodbye to your friends before finals:

When you start to lose it over that one roommate:

When you know you aced that paper:

When you hear the words "Due By Midnight":

When they didn't even give you a syllabus:

When you stop by office hours and you really need that A:

When he asks if anyone has questions before we take the exam:

When Housing Lottery says upperclassman housing is full:

When you think about your philosophy homework for a little bit too long:

When your adviser looks at your semester grades:

When your friend takes the last slot for a class you need for registration:

When you try to explain why you did an assignment completely wrong:

When an administrative official tries to morally police your personal life:

When that freshman seriously won't shut up:

When that one girl is slacking on your group presentation:

When you morally justify deciding to skip class:

When you actually did the reading and now you're the class expert:

When there are too many freshmen on your hall:

When you're completely exhausted but have to give a presentation:

When you hear the words "Pop Quiz on the reading":

When someone asks why you weren't at the lecture:

When your suitemates fight and you're caught in the middle:

When you regret once again pulling an all-nighter:

When your friend gets back with her cheating ex:

When you and your roommate let loose on a Thursday:

When you can't get over how amazing your best friend is:

When that one girl in class is unreasonably mean:

When they tell you construction on the new building is almost over:

When that kid in your hall is a total narc:

When you thought the girl behind you couldn't hear your conversation:

When you're about to have to face the real world of adulthood:

When you get that A and you know you earned it:

When your professor cancels class for a conference:

When you're called on and have no idea what you're talking about:

When you've got three essays due but the squad comes over to chill:

When the dining hall attendant lets you swipe extra apples:

\

When you finally know an answer to one of the quiz questions:

When you reflect on your chronic procrastination:

When your friends who didn't go to college get all condescending:

When you accidentally get trashed on a Tuesday:

When you have no idea what you're doing but it's cool:

When you somehow survived another year of college life:

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
