The legend Phil Niekro once call him an vacuum cleaner in the middle!

This writing was triggered by a disappointment happened in JB's college baseball. A slap on the face of me as a passionate mom who knows her son is the best and yet to come! JB was cut from his college team as he has not even played nor giving a chance to play one game as the season just begin. During the COVID-19 crises, Class 2021 was severely impacted! In early 2021, JB was offered an opportunity to join the team. He knew he has to work hard to earn any position to play college baseball. But the season wasn't even started yet, he was cut from the team with the reason " too crowded". Everyone said: It is life lesson. But I think it is more like everything else in the world, Politic! The first lesson for a Youngman who is passionate of baseball, the lesson learned is "politic! I am heartbroken! and speechless!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
