It's finally that time of the year. The weather is getting colder and the holiday spirit is filling the hearts of everyone (but the Grinch). One of my favorite things about this season is watching all of the holiday-themed movies. Here is a list of movies to watch from cuddling with bae to chilling with your pet on those nights where it's too cold to go outside!

1. Fun for the whole family: "Elf"

Who doesn't love to sing in the shower?

2. Date night with your significant other: "Die Hard"

It's a Christmas movie don't @ me. It counts.

3. Fun for the Kiddos: "The Polar Express"

A sweet reminder that Santa brings the spirit of Christmas.

4. Girl's Night: "Love Actually "

Gotta love a good rom-com.

5. Cuddling with the pets: "The Grinch"

A classic to watch while you snuggle in blankets with your lovable pets.

6. Just for you: "Four Christmases"

A Christmas movie that will be sure to have you on the edge of your seat and make you laugh.

7. Any situation: "Home Alone"

This is my go to movie no matter what the situation is! You can never go wrong with this classic Christmas comedy.

So, grab the hot chocolate, sit by the fire, and press play on one of these great holiday movies!

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
