With the amount of chocolate that I consume, I often wonder if I will ever become part chocolate. Chocolate has been shown to reduce high BP, lower cholesterol, and the overall chances of heart diseases goes down the drain.

Chocolate has often gained a negative connotation when comes to the term of skin care. I've heard people go as far as it causes skin cancer and while it doesn't cure skin issues, it does seem to help against the fact of UV rays affecting the skin.
These are only some the simple advantages that chocolate can have on the human body and it goes even farther when you dive deeper into the supplements of chocolate and see the valuable nutrients they provide to the body. This just goes to show that the word chocolate has gained a negative connotation in recent years and should instead be given a positive one as it really does help the body.
