The Cheap Alternative To Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits

Ever since Kylie Jenner released her cosmetic line, the world has not stopped buying it. As of right now, the line only includes lip products. Interestingly enough, starting with lip products was a really smart business move because there was recently so much gossip surrounding the size of Kylie's lips. She ended up admitting that she did indeed get her lips enhanced with "fillers," and sales have only increased.

You can buy Kylie's lip kits, which include a lipstick and a liner, in addition to different glosses on her website. There are all kinds of shades from orange to brown to nude. Each kit costs around $30 and must be bought quickly due to the fact that they always sell out in minutes.

Fortunately, there is a cheaper and more available alternative to the famous makeup products.

A couple of weeks ago, someone anonymously posted a picture on Reddit of Kylie out and about carrying a makeup bag. Upon closer inspection, it is revealed that in the makeup bags were not her own "original" products, but ColourPop products. Of course, the internet didn't stop there. Later, an article was published about the betrayal, ultimately leading to the discovery of a lip kit scam.

ColourPop carries a matte liquid lipstick almost 100 percent identical to that of the reality star's. The shades are almost exactly alike.

This picture is a direct comparison of the two brands' shades of lipstick. Not only does ColourPop offer a cheaper alternative to Kylie's lipsticks, they also offer a much wider variety of shades.


I mean ... I don't know about y'all, but I am so not a brand name kinda gal. If there's a cheaper alternative, I'll definitely be using that. It's just common sense. Why does it matter that it says Kylie Jenner on it and comes in the well-known package boasting a picture of Kylie's lips? I am definitely happy that I found this information out before I dropped $40 on a Kyle lip kit!

How can you beat ColourPop's price of $6 per lipstick? You can't. Take my word for it, if you're crazy about the matte look, check out ColourPop and get more for your money.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is.
