Health is the most important thing for every human being. Without a doubt, most of the good things in life can only be enjoyed when you are in good health. This explains why we take a lot of things (both natural and man-made) to boost our health.

CBD oil is one of those things as it has proven to be very effective when it comes to strengthening the immunity of the body. This substance has certain inflammatory properties that are highly beneficial to boosting immunity.

Below are some of the ways to utilize this substance in your everyday routine:

1. Infuse it into your breakfast coffee.

One of the ways to incorporate CBD into your everyday routine is by adding it to your early morning coffee. This makes it possible to get all the benefits that the substance had to offer. By the way, it does not matter if you are brewing the coffee at home or getting at a local cafe, what matters is to include a few drops of CBD oil before you sip.

However, whenever you are adding CBD oil to your beverages and food, there are certain things that you need to always put in mind.

One is the effects that it gives when taken in lower or higher doses. In lower doses, CBD functions as a stimulant. If taken in higher doses, it has the effect of a sedative. Another thing is the fact that CBD affects every individual differently. Just like caffeine, its effects on a person might be stronger than on another person. Therefore, you should kick off with a moderate dose. Over time, you will learn how to either increase or reduce based on the effects that you desire.

2. Incorporate it into your bedtime ritual.

A lot of people all over the world suffer from anxiety disorder or depression as a result of insomnia. The good thing is that CBD can help deal with sleeplessness, and a lot of people are now using the oil to help sleep better, instead of using regular sleeping pills.

The good thing about using CBD oil is that it is natural so it won't lead to unwanted side effects that sleeping pills cause such as low appetite, dizziness, dry mouth and digestive issues among many others. This makes cannabidiol a perfect alternative to sleeping pills.

Instead of ingesting the oil, you can take it in form of a balm. You will just apply it to the body the way you use normal balms.

3. Incorporate it into your beauty and skin regimen.

The effect of CBD is not limited to pain relief and stress management, it can also be used to take care of your skin and maintain your beauty. For instance, there are CBD shampoos that come with a high quantity of CBD oil.

These shampoos usually work even better than regular ones as they give you thicker, stronger and shinier hair. These CBD hair products will also help you to protect the color of your hair due to the presence of Tyrosine, an amino acid in cannabidiol oil that contributes massively to melanin production.

Besides, there are CBD lotions and moisturizers. This is done by simply adding CBD oil lotions and skin moisturizers to give the skin a smooth, healthy and hydrated feel. Using them also helps to prevent dryness of skin and flake production.

4. Use CBD Oil products to boost workout recovery.

As we have stated earlier, the vast majority of people know CBD to be very helpful when it comes to pain relief and stress management. That is the one thing a lot of people can only associate with it.

Therefore, it shouldn't be surprising that it can help to boost muscle recovery as a result of its anti-inflammatory properties. Thus, this provides us with another way to add CBD oil into our everyday routines.

For workout recovery, it interacts with the natural cannabinoids present in the body, and this interaction reduces the symptoms and signs of inflammation, thereby repairing torn muscles faster.

Unfortunately, the time is here. It is officially the spring semester, and you know what that means: lots and lots of studying. If you are in the same situation I am, then you are probably doing your 3rd semester of online/hybrid school. Not being at school or not attending classes in person definitely makes learning and studying a lot harder. Because I know this struggle all too well, I put together a list of study tips to hopefully help us all succeed a little more this semester.

I Have An Eating Disorder And I Refuse To Let It Kill Me

Even at my lowest, the number on the scale never seemed low enough... but was it ever worth the risk of losing my life?

Trigger warning: This article discusses topics that may be triggering for some readers.

I looked down at my thumb today. I know haven't been eating enough. I told everyone I would get all my vitamins and calories in. I totally wanted to eat more of the guacamole I bought the other day, but I counted what I had eaten and those numbers seemed a little too high. I decided I didn't need the extra helping, so I went to bed and the guacamole went bad.

When pursuing a degree that most deem 'useless' or a 'waste of time' there happens to be a lot of self-doubt and fear, especially with the pending doom of graduation around the corner. I remember when I was about to graduate from college with a Bachelor's in Acting, I was absolutely terrified.

I bought and tested one of TikTok's popular products so you don't have to.

I spend a lot of time on TikTok and I never know whether the products I see are worth it or not, especially when I'm looking at the price. For Christmas, my aunt got me a gift card to Ulta. Then it hit me that I saw a lot of people these past few months showing off their skincare fridges. So, the second I thought of it I went on the Ulta app and bought it. So, here are my thoughts.
