If you've seen "One Tree Hill" you know Brooke Davis is one of the best, original characters. Brooke Davis had one of the biggest and best transformations throughout the nine season run. We saw her grow from the mean party girl to an amazing friend, business woman and mother. B Davis is filled with amazing lessons and a lot of amazing quotes to always remember. Here are just a few of the best Brooke Davis quotes:

1. "People are gonna label you. It's how you overcome those labels. That's what matters."

What someone labels you won't define you. But what will is how you overcome those labels.

2. "I stopped letting boys define me and I started believing in myself."

Don't let boys define you. Believe in yourself without boys and find other ways to define who you are.

3. "Let me tell you something about love. It does not knock often and when it does you have to let it in."

Let love in. Love really doesn't come around often so be open and willing to let love and someone in when you have the chance.

4. "I don't really think people can change. You know, at the end of the day, you are who you are and it's probably who you've always been."

Okay, sometimes people can change. However, at the end of the day people usually are who they are it is usually who they always have been.

5. "You're not just a survivor, you're a warrior. You're tougher than anything it throws your way."

You are strong. Never forget it. Anything life throws at you, you can take.

6. "People that are meant to be together always fine their way in the end."

Such an important reminder. If you're meant to be with someone, don't worry. You will find your way in the end.

7. "I am one in a million."

Brooke Davis believed she was one in a million to start her company and be successful. Believe in yourself. Believe you are one in a million because you are.

8. "I am who I am. No excuses."

Never make excuses for who you are. If someone doesn't like how you are or tries to change you then they aren't the one for you.

9. "Say it. Do it. Don't wait. Nothing lasts forever."

You never know when the last time you see someone could be. Always take the time to say what you want and do what you want because nothing lasts forever and this could all be gone.

10. "Once you lose yourself, you have two choices: find that person you used to be... or lose that person completely."

If you feel like you're losing yourself it's time to find yourself or get rid of that person you used to be.

11. "Love can be for a boy or a girl or a place or a way of life, or even for a family, but where you find it is up to you."

Don't let anyone tell you what love should be. Where you find love is completely up to you.

12. "Hoes over bros."

The most classic Brooke Davis quote, "hoes over bros." Don't ever let boys come between you and your friends (like B. Davis and P. Swayer did too many times).

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
