College can be really hard. There are times when you feel really motivated and times where you feel like the life is literally being sucked out of you. Making others feel better always helps yourself to feel better.

Sometimes all you need is to talk to someone you miss.
4. Enjoy natureYour mood will start to reflect that of the beautiful earth around you.
5. Take a shower or bath
Relax, get some good smells, and ease your mind of all worries.
6. Do something you enjoyWhether you enjoy reading, painting, or something else, doing something you enjoy will relax you and improve your mood.

It’s hard to be angry or sad when your face begs to differ.
8. Read something inspirational
Get inspired and go out and accomplish your goals!
