3. Get in touch with old friends & family

Sometimes all you need is to talk to someone you miss.

Your mood will start to reflect that of the beautiful earth around you.

5. Take a shower or bath

Relax, get some good smells, and ease your mind of all worries.

Whether you enjoy reading, painting, or something else, doing something you enjoy will relax you and improve your mood.

7. Smile

It’s hard to be angry or sad when your face begs to differ.

8. Read something inspirational

Get inspired and go out and accomplish your goals!

There is no way you can be upset when a puppy is licking your face
