4 Bible Verses Everyone Needs To Hear

“Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out; you formed me in my mother’s womb”

Psalm 139:13

God created you the way that you are because that is how He saw you. To Him, you are perfect. Why should you change that? Why would you hate who you are, if you know that that is what He wanted? Be confident in even your biggest flaws, because God shaped you and created you, and he's made you grow into who He wants you to be.

“Do not fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns.”

Philippians 4:6

Often today, we worry about everything in our lives, most of which we have little to no control over. Worry does nothing but cause stress that you do not need in your life. So, give your concerns to God, pray and ask for His guidance instead of worrying about something you can’t control.

“Be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought, because God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He’s standing right there with you. He won’t let you down; He won’t leave you.”

Deuteronomy 31:6

Through all the trying times that God has us face in our lives, He is right there with us. God stands with us and gives us strength when we are scared; He gives us all the courage we need. He would never give you something you can not handle, because He is there to help.

“God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’ So we say with confidence, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?’”

Hebrews 13:5-6

There is nothing that “mere mortal” can do to you that God can not fix or help you face. He is our strength and helper, who guides us and gives us the confidence to face our daily lives, no matter what is thrown at us.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
