I have recently discovered an Instagram account from a father who writes 'late nights' for his children, Jimmy Fallon style. Now whether these scenarios are real or pretend, they are certainly hilarious.
Mr. King is a father of five and was tired of writing the same excuse notes over and over again. So he decided to switch things up a bit. The family is from Salt Lake City, Utah and the account (@latenotes) currently has 55k follower (he's only following 20 people for all you ratio lovers out there).
"It has been a fun way for us to let people know not to take life too seriously, and let my kids know that I want them to be on time — if I can persuade them to be on time by embarrassing them in a social situation without causing them too much trauma psychologically," King said. "Life is too short to be taken seriously." This is from an article on ksl.
Here are just a few of my favorites. There's one for every occasion!
For when you want to be an entrepreneur
For when you're in the early stages of your boy band
For when you are an aspiring fashion designer
When you are creating the next box office hit
When you're in one of those rap moods
For when you get into those crazy hobbies
For when money is the motive
And for like frogicorns.....
And don't forget to follow @latenotes on instagram!
