If anyone else watched the game you'll understand completely when I say that this was a rollercoaster of a game. Arizona State with a fumble recovered by Florida State on the first play of the game and then and few plays later, an interception in the end zone by Armani Crosswell. If that start doesn't get your blood pumping then I don't know what will and that was only the first couple minutes.

Going into the bowl game, ASU was down two starting players. Both Eno Benjamin and Brandon Aiyuk chose to sit out due to them going into the 2020 NFL Draft. Similarly, Florida State was down a few players as well, so it made things a bit more challenging and interesting for both sides.

Florida State had 6 turnovers throughout the game. Although, that did not make it an easy win for the Sun Devils in the slightest. Both teams struggled consistently in the other's red zone, keeping the game close throughout.

Florida State made a run in the 3rd with back to back, quick touchdowns to pull ahead 14-9, but their turnovers would make a difference with the Sun Devils scoring 11 more points in the 4th and after a 45-yard pass made by FSU in hopes to score in the final minutes to win the game, the Sun Devils forced a fumble turning the ball over one last time before taking a knee and ending the game 14-20. Now that's why I love college football.

For ASU this marks a new milestone for Head Coach Herm Edwards, being his first bowl win with the team and first bowl win since 2014. For FSU, this marks a new chapter in their book as well, since new head coach Mike Norvell, will be coming in next season and looking to shape up the Seminoles.

A big congratulations to Coach Edwards and the team, and as the NCAA football season comes to close we look forward to next year.
