Most of us like to make art, some people do it because they may want to be famous artists one day, some people do it as a hobby, some people do it for money, then there are others like myself that do it because it is good therapy.

It is always great to have a way to express yourself in a healthy manner. I feel like creating anything can do just that, whenever I am behind a camera, for a minute the world around me just disappears. I feel so much calmer when I am taking pictures for just me, it has been awhile since I just took photos for me and soon I will go back to that.

I think everyone should do some kind of art as a way of calming themselves down, you can end up painting your feelings, drawing your feelings, you can even photograph your feelings and photoshop it in a really cool way.

There are many different forms of art that you can play with, I do consider writing an art because it is an awesome way of self-expression. They always say that a picture is worth a thousand words so that piece could be worth millions.

It doesn't matter what kind of art you like to do, art comes in many different forms.

Sometimes it comes in the most unexpected forms as well, some things that aren't considered art to some may be a masterpiece for others.

Taking photos has actually been a vital part of helping out my anxiety while talking to someone does help we also got to learn how to calm down by ourselves as well.

While everyone has their own ways of calming down this is the main thing I personally do, I always love expressing myself as a way to calm down. I hope you guys do the same!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
