Several weeks ago, I wrote an article about what has really been occurring behind the scenes at the Kennesaw Petland. Dr, Walton Waller of My Pet’s Vet, formally known as Abundant Animal Care, is the primary vet used by Kennesaw. Dr. Waller is known for providing poor quality care to his patients and rude behavior to the owners of his patients. Waller has received much speculation from animal activists and pet owners everywhere.
A former employee of Waller has recently released an affidavit account of what he or she (neither the name nor sex of the employee was released) witnessed. The person describes how Waller seemed to only care about the profit he would receive, but not the sick animals he took in. The affiant goes on to tell of instances where Waller was extremely secretive-no medical records were allowed to be transferred to other vets and no owners of Petland puppies were authorized to see their pet during exams.
The affiant also states "If an animals came from Petland, Dr. Waller would quarantine the animal outside the clinic in shed...there was no heater."
Dr. Waller is at it again, although this not he is not harming animals, he is putting humans in danger. Cherokee County Police Department is now searching for Waller, who has been dubbed “armed and dangerous.” The vet allegedly held two people at an auto repair shop at gunpoint June 2.
The couple held at gun point recalls the event, stating that Waller pointed the gun at their heads, demanding his money back, and proceeded to fire a round into the nearby woods. Fox5 Atlanta reports that “deputies said Waller drove off in a dark blue Volkswagen Passat. Lt. Jay Baker said Waller faces aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and reckless conduct among other charges in the incident.”
With so many horror stories and unprofessional accounts of Dr. Waller, it is absurd that he is still in practice. A man who has been in the news countless times for his questionable methods and ethics; a man who is wanted for assault; a man who is responsible for the death of a pet; THIS man is still practicing.
