Arie Finally Made Some Tough Decisions, This Week On “The Bachelor”

Starting this week out knowing that there would be no official rose ceremony and the hometown dates are next week was so stressful already. And then Jaqueline letting herself go was so so so sad honestly. Like, she really likes him but she still left because she didn’t see her relationship progressing as fast as the other women’s. I was so sad that he sent Seinne home too, I thought they could work out very well together.

As for Bekah M., I knew she wasn’t going to make it to the end but it was still hard to see her go. Her and Arie definitely had some chemistry but I think the age difference finally became too much and he just couldn’t picture himself with her in the long run. Here’s what happened on this heart-wrenching week of “The Bachelor”.

Becca K.

I was so happy when Becca K. got the first one on one of the week, I was ecstatic. She’s been my favorite since the first week for sure. Arie is just so sweet with her and I’ve always thought they looked so natural together.

I love that after the first super fancy date they had during week one, they were able to just have a nice lowkey date eating, walking the city, and chilling out. She also had so many nice things to say about possibly bringing home Arie for her family to meet and I’m so glad he felt comfortable enough to give her a rose and secure her hometown spot.

Lauren B.

I’ve never really liked Lauren that much, to be honest, and when she got the one on one my heart sunk. I just think she’s so bland and boring. She’s so quiet and nervous and I’m not sure what Arie sees in her at all. I think out of all the women left, she is the one I like the least.

I know she has a hard time opening up but at this point, I feel like their relationship should be a little bit farther along even though she said she was falling for him. When he got up and walked away from Lauren during their date, I was shocked and I wish he would have just ended things right there.

Kendall

Kendall is so preachy and I would be shocked if Arie ended up picking her at the end of all this. I was so upset when she got a rose on the group date this week. I’m not 100% sure what Arie sees in her and I don’t see her making it to the end. Here’s to hoping he doesn’t make the wrong decision and pick Kendall - he just needs to think about how much taxidermy would be in their future house. Yikes!!

Tia

I think Tia is a real contender for Arie’s heart! I definitely pushed her off at the beginning of the season but she has proven to be a really strong competitor. She’s also probably the most excited for hometown dates and I cannot wait to see where everything goes for her and Arie. I have a feeling she’s going to get her heart broken at the end though and I’m not ready to see that.

Arie has four solid women to take home for hometown dates and I really hope that he finds his future wife from Becca K., Lauren B., Kendall, and Tia. He’s such a goofball and I seriously love him and I want nothing but the best for him. We’re getting down to the end of the road with this season and I can’t wait to see how hometown dates go next week!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
