After going on two day-long trips in one semester, I have learned one thing in particular: you, backup battery, are a life saver!
Whether it’s on the streets of New York City or in a semi-fancy restaurant in Washington, D.C. you have had my back when my phone is dying drastically. Of course, my phone dying drastically is kind of my fault. Between obnoxiously taking pictures for Instagram and playing Pokémon Go whenever I can, it’s reasonable to believe that my phone would die much faster than pretty much all of my friends’ phones. You, though, you’ve had my back when it comes down to it! I literally cannot go on a day trip to a major city without you.
It’s not just me you help, though! You also help all of my friends who forgot to bring backup batteries when their phones are at 10% and we still have five hours left of our day. Literally everyone loves you, and I’m not sure how they can’t. Well, apart from the slight overheating ordeal and causing me to worry about you burning a hole into my friend’s alpaca-wool sweater. But that is beside the point. You are pretty awesome. I love you, my friends love you, everyone loves you. Although, if phone companies could start making phones hold a better charge that would be great…just saying…
