Back in October, Tyra Banks tweeted that after 22 cycles, "America's Next Top Model" would be coming to an end. On February 23rd, a new statement was released saying that the reality show will be back with some BIG changes.
"America's Next Top Model" was dropped by the CW after working together since 2006, but a new network, VH1, has swooped into the rescue. VH1 refers to their purchase as a "homecoming" since they helped launch the show's cable network status.
With the new network comes a new set of judges, which means we have to say goodbye to the people we have come to know and love.
And yes, that even applies to the fierce Tyra Banks.
Banks has been the host of the show since its start in 2003 but will only remain involved as an executive producer in the upcoming seasons.
The new host and judges have yet to be determined, but fans are already fantasizing about who they would like to follow in Tyra's shoes. Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, Chrissy Teigen and Cindy Crawford have all been mentioned, along with some past contestants of the show.
Only time will tell who the new host and panel of judges will be. Meanwhile, let's take a moment to appreciate some iconic "ANTM" moments.
Tyra's legendary blow-up at eliminated contestant.
When cycle 14 contestant Alexandra fell down the stairs AND got hit by a pendulum during her runway walk.
